Kim, what a wonderful and clever reminder that we need to love ourselves first and foremost and let go of our inner critics. It’s only then that we can have good relationships with others. When I was interviewing the couples featured in The Indestructible Relationship, self-love was one of the common denominators between the couples whose relationships survived even the most stressful of events. They loved themselves as well as each other. I’m going to post this video on The Indestructible Relationship Facebook page and Tweet about it soon.
